Getting Rolfed has been an incredible experience for me. I was having 90-120 minute deep tissue massages and acupuncture to try to find relief for my chronic pain and muscle spasms. Kathryn was able to alleviate my misery with Rolfing. After my 10th Session I felt like a new person, I could breathe easier, I felt lighter and I now wake up every morning feeling great.

Your expertise in choosing studios has become progressively more sophisticated and in tune with the disciplines that you teach. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say "thank you" for being here for us.
I recently badly injured my rib cage. After examination by my doctor and an x-ray the doctor determined that there were no internal injuries or broken ribs. He prescribed pain medication and sent me on my way. After several more days (and nights) of being unable to find any comfortable positions, I decided to contact Kathryn for an appointment. In one session, pain I had experienced for five days just melted away. Even after all the great Rolfing experiences I have had, nothing prepared me for immediate relief from that agony. Thank you.

Years of sedentary office jobs, nagging past sports related injuries and insufficient time to focus on body conditioning and wellness is how Kathryn found me almost 2.5 years ago and when I started to attend her classes and learn her unique style of instructions, education and guidance.
On this most important journey for me, very slowly with baby steps at first, Kathryn's classes and instructions led me to improved flexibility, increased agility, better overall body balance and enhanced core strength and fitness. I know with absolute certainty that I could never have accomplished this on my own and that I owe my personal physical accomplishments and improvements to the talents, professionalism and dedication of Kathryn. She is an awesome instructor and person and the new current Body Lab Studios facilities are a wonderful place to teach and hold classes.
In addition, time permitting, I have had the pleasure to attend various TriYoga and Iyengar Yoga classes given my talented instructors Paul Goldsmith and Denise Wendler respectively.
