It’s now the end of the week and I’ve sent quite a few emails this week. The focus of this past week was to get you to see that by doing the little things, you can create BIG results. So take some time to review what you’ve learned and how you’ve implemented it. Take time to pat yourself on the back and appreciate your own efforts. It’s important to recognize the work you do. And if you feel like you haven’t done anything or made any progress, that’s ok – find something, anything that you did do that was forward movement. You’ve done many things this week that were positive, you might just be in the habit of not seeing them and instead focusing on the negative stuff. So stop beating yourself up. Did you get up and go the gym this week? Did you choose to not eat a certain food or drink alcohol this week? Did you tell someone how grateful you are for them? Did you hold a door open for someone? Did you make your bed, brush your teeth or take a shower? See, you can find something to be proud of and give yourself credit for doing.
I also want to recommend a book that really helped me transform my life. In addition to taking little steps and changing your habits daily, I found it tremendously helpful to commit to at least ONE THING that could make all of the difference and this book will help you discover what that one thing is for you.
